We are constantly working on adding new insurance providers and will continue to update this list as we are able. Most insurance companies have multiple plans, and some cover more than others. You can contact your insurance provider directly to find out if Corktown Health Center/Health Emergency Lifeline Programs in contracted with them.
A sliding fee scale for services is available for Ryan White eligible, low income and/or uninsured patients. If you do not have insurance, or have questions regarding your plan or getting insurance, please contact us at 313-832-3300 and we will be happy to help you.
