Keep It Movin’ On the Riverwalk
Join us (weather permitting) as we walk along the Riverwalk near the Corktown Health Center. We will meet in front of the offices and walk to the Riverwalk and back. All speeds are welcome, but you do need to feel comfortable walking unassisted there and back. Once at the riverfront, there are some benches to take breaks. Walking helps your heart and lungs and can help control your blood pressure and weight. Those with medical conditions should check with their provider before attending this class.
