Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic and Health Fair

Let’s do our part! The City of Hazel Park and Corktown Health are partnering to host a Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic and Health Fair on Thursday, May 13 from 3 PM – 8 PM. The Vaccine and Health Fair will be held at the Hazel Park Recreation Center (620 W Woodward Heights).

Corktown Health staff will administer Moderna COVID-19 vaccines. In addition, blood pressure checks and HIV tests will be available.
